I know it…

I kept viewing some online communities and the members’ comments, experiences and their thoughts for days. I tried to find my answers from them. I feel like living in my own thoughts. Though I am sitting in the office and face the tool, computer, I cannot help looking through something with no relation of my work.

Well, I was thinking of firing my boss, I made my decision but I am hesitating to decide again. What? Because I don’t want to lose my job, I need to afford myself.

I watched episodes of American Idol and some hopefuls inspired me. They don’t quit their dreams even life is tough and hard. So…… I am thinking of doing something for myself.

Interpreter? Or teacher?

I will read some files and make some plans for 2010.

This is a big news that encouraging me to insist on something I feel important. I just understood Dr. Lee from my side that he must wanted to open Innovation Works very much. Not only for the purpose of earning money. He could earn enough money at his position in GOOGLE. Well, he chose to do something himself at the age that most people believe they should retire and enjoy the rest of their lives.

I like Dr. Lee. I will not follow him to open some Works like his Innovation Works, but I will follow his spirit of innovation. No matter how old you are, as long as you have a young heart and the cherish of innnovation, you will never feel boring of life.  

He makes me remember one important people to me. That is my father_in_law. I always feel he is that kind of person that never quit what he really want to do. He could make reasonable arrangement of his life though there are so many trifles in our family life, he is still working hard on what he wants and making our family a happy unit.

He could accept new intends of the time easily. He learns something that youg guys like.

No matter it is Dr. Lee or my father_in_law, both are the people that we younger ones should follow. They are runnning after what they dreamed to be. They know what to take or leave, they know what to insist, what to do.

Hope Innovation Works could works well in future. 

This will be helpful to the thoughts of my daily work.

I just feel I have something to say about my work this morning.

What is it? It is like little hands knock at my heart softly. I just feel an itch on my heart.

What is it? It is the pieces of my career. As you know, I am reading some books of philosophy and I am loving philosophy. I may learn more about it and read more.

Harbin (simplified Chinese: 哈尔滨; traditional Chinese: 哈爾濱; pinyin: Hāěrbīn; Wade-Giles: Ha-erh-pin); is the capital of the Heilongjiang Province in Northeast China.

Foreign investors seem upbeat about the city. The Harbin Trade and Economic fair, has been held for 17 years annually, cumulatively attracting more than 1.3 million exhibitors and visitors and resulting in contracts of over US$90 billion. Japanese, Russian and Eastern European nations are increasingly looking to North China and Harbin for investment. Foreign direct investment remains low, but is growing as a result of government efforts, with utilized FDI totaling US$570 million, up 28.1 percent, in 2008.

Harbin is one of the largest railway hubs in Northeast China. Five major railways (Jingha, Binsui, Binzhou, Binbei and Labin) meet here. Currently 138 trains terminate in or pass through Harbin daily, with trains available to Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Jinan and many other major cities in China. ^[9]

The Harbin Taiping International Airport is the second largest international airport in Northeast China. There are flights to/from more than 30 large and medium-sized cities, including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong

While Dalian is considered the region’s shipping center and Shenyang its financial hub, Harbin is striving hard towards becoming the key trade and shopping center of the region. Already, stores in the city include Missoni, Etro, Salvatore Ferragamo, Versace, Calvin Klein, Louis Vuitton, Armani Collezioni, Emporio Armani, and Christian Dior.The city is located in one of the fastest growing regions in the world and can boast a number of advantages such as an abundance of natural resources, good transport system and plenty of human resources.

Harbin is also home to Harbin Institute of Technology, one of China’s better known universities. Founded in 1920, the university has developed into an important research university focusing on engineering, with supporting faculties in the sciences, management, humanities and social sciences. The institute’s faculty and students contributed to and invented China’s first analog computer, the first intelligent chess computer, and the first arc-welding robot. Last year, research funding from the government, industry, and business sectors surpassed RMB1.13 billion, the second highest of any university in China.

It has 480G city bandwidth and four 2.5 export bandwidth. We could communicate easily with people from all over the world through MSN, Gtalk, Skype and so on.

I reread Obama’s speech this morning. One is because I am tired of the current situation of myself including work and life.The other is because I need something powerful to make me feel energetic and full of power.

Some of the words encouraged me. Kevin will leave, he was not being fired but fired the boss. He found a new job, the one maybe better or maybe worse than the current one. I want to leave,too. To leave this city.To go somewhere else and new. I feel tried.

I was once that one who does things rightly. I started to change when I recoganized that not everyone’s idea is your idea and you idea will be the right one for yourselft. It is coincidence that I read more and more comments like this. I am different because I am just like myself not you and him. To do right things but not to do things rightly.

Most of us have to work for the boss because not everyone is brave enough to open his or her company. Some of the bosses feel that they are the right one though they are sometimes wrong. Please do believe that you are the professor in fact not the boss.Just do right things!
